Technical specifications for fire extinguishers with a capacity of 1-3-6 kg

The devices conform to Egyptian Standard Specifications No. 8442 of 2013.
Devices with capacities of 1 - 3 - 6 are licensed using the Egyptian Quality Mark.
The company holds a certificate of conformity to international quality assurance systems ISO 9001, 45000.
The devices operate with stored pressure.
The devices, capacities 1 - 3 - 6, are filled with multi-purpose dry chemical powder, and are suitable for extinguishing A, B, C, and E fires, as well as electrical fires up to 1000 volts. They maintain their properties of fluidity, non-kneading, are not affected by moisture, and are characterized by their ability to be stored for a long time.
The extinguisher's body is made of cold-rolled steel, with a thickness of not less than 2 mm for the face and base, and a thickness of not less than 1.5 mm for the body.
The extinguishing device can withstand the following pressures: (operating pressure 17.5 bar - test pressure 35 bar - detonation pressure exceeds 70 bar)
The body of the fire extinguisher is chemically treated from the inside and electrostatically painted from the outside.
The fire extinguisher is equipped with a manometer to verify the internal pressure and indicate the suitability of the devices for operation, and a test coil to review the internal pressure.
The device is equipped with a head set that can withstand the appropriate pressures to operate the fire extinguisher.
The fire extinguisher is equipped with a fully reinforced rubber hose that can withstand high pressures exceeding 70 bar.
The extinguisher is equipped with a plastic holder for a capacity of 1 kg.
The extinguisher is equipped with a plastic base that insulates against moisture, rust, and electricity, for capacities 3-6.

Technical specifications for a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher

The fire extinguisher was manufactured in accordance with Egyptian Standard Specifications 735 of 2015.
The company holds an ISO 9001 certificate.
The extinguishing device is filled with carbon dioxide gas and does not leave any traces after the extinguishing process.
The device can withstand the following pressures: (operating pressure not less than 100 bar - test pressure 250 bar - detonation pressure 400 bar).
The device is equipped with a head set made of strong metal, equipped with a gas outlet hole, a valve controlling opening and closing, and equipped with a safety valve that works automatically when the pressure increases.
The extinguishing device was chemically treated from the inside and the outer surface was painted electrostatically.
This device is equipped with a reinforced rubber hose that can withstand high pressure.
The body of this device is made of high-quality steel, one piece, without welds.
This device is easy to operate and use in three steps.
All devices are easy to maintain and can be refilled after use.
All devices are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of supply.

Technical specifications for a mechanical foam extinguishing device

This device was manufactured in accordance with Egyptian Standard Specifications No. 1686 of 2007.
This device works with foam liquid (A.F.F.F) mixed with water.
The body of this device is treated on the outside with a material suitable for resistance to acids and chemicals. It does not react with foamy liquid. The body is coated on the outside with electrostatic paint to resist weather factors. The device can withstand the following pressures:
Operating pressure 17.5 kg/cm2.
Test pressure 35 kg/cm2.
Explosion pressure 70 kg/cm2.
This device works with a side-repellent gas cylinder made of one piece without welding. It can withstand an explosion pressure of no less than 600 kg/cm2 and is equipped with a safety valve.
This device is equipped with a manometer to indicate the pressure inside the device when operating for devices carried in a hurry, and the head assembly is equipped with a mechanical safety valve (safety valve) to relieve excess pressure to increase the safety rate when operating.
This device is equipped with a rubber hose that can withstand high pressure, and of a suitable length that ends with an operating gun for easy operation and guidance.
This device is carried on two main wheels and a front support wheel made of a material that does not react with acids and petroleum, which ensures freedom of movement and maneuvering for capacities larger than 9 litres.
The device can be operated by one person.
This device is equipped with a pressure relief valve for capacities greater than 9 litres.
